We offer a full after sales service for all capital equipment purchased. All new Machines, Knives and Contact Grills are guaranteed for a period of 1 year from purchase. Should anything go wrong with the equipment supplied we offer a back to base repair service. Equipment, which falls within the guarantee period, is repaired free of charge. If your equipment guarantee has expired we can still offer the repair service. Once we receive the item back at base we will assess the repairs and will contact you prior to work commencing with a detailed estimate.

We also offer a range of spare parts such as knife blades and sharpeners, additional skewers stands and spikes which can be purchased for a reasonable charge.
